2. Children's Information

Village is designed for parents and caregivers, not children.

Information about children is provided solely by parents or legal guardians. Village does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Third parties may collect information under their own privacy policies. Village is not responsible for third-party practices.

OpenAI (KidGPT)

When you use KidGPT, we share data with OpenAI to provide AI-powered parenting assistance. We only share this data if you have given your consent in the app. The data shared with OpenAI includes: your messages and any photos you send; your baby's profile information (name, birth date, gender, allergies, notes, measurements); and activity logs (e.g., feeding, sleep, diaper changes). This data is used solely to generate personalized responses. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models. OpenAI provides data protection consistent with industry standards. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy.

7. Data Security

Village uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.

No system is completely secure.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information

• Request correction or deletion

• Opt out of marketing communications

9. Data Retention

Village retains information as long as:

• Your account remains active

• Necessary to provide the Service
